Located in Tulsa & Pawnee Counties. Spanish Panel by appointment.

The purpose of the VIP panel is to provide an opportunity for DUI, DWI and distracted drivers to see and hear the reality and long term effects and with the hope of reducing recidivism. The panels also provide a therapeutic experience for the participating victims. VIP panels have a 92% success rate.
